  1. i completed my netflix series and could not go to sleep, so i wrote a lot and i mean a lot. the series really inspired me and then i read Shirley Jackson’s book and that was even more amazing. sometimes these moments come. but challenged to write? i think i am challenged to have a good ending, that is so elusive to me. something i must work on, my personal challenge if you may

    • Wow it sounds like you were on a roll. Good for you! I look at each piece of writing I do as a challenge. I want to do something better than the last time, turn a better phrase, or like you, write a better ending. I often write a piece with the ending in mind and find as I am writing little twists or foreshadows magically appear. Give it a try, it might help. 😊❤

  3. Jo, I’m enjoying your daily quotes. This one from Amy Winehouse made me smile. Each of us has untapped potential…every time I sit down to a blank page, I wonder what I’ll write! Then story happens. 🙂
