Thanksgiving week signals the beginning of the busy holiday season. This year it surprised me, and I feel like I am woefully behind. The lists are getting longer, and the holiday commitments are filling the calendar. It is wonderful,ย exciting and exhausting.
And there are the stories demanding to be written.
Considering I am nose first in gale force winds, it seems all I need to do to attain lift, is jump.
How do you cope when life gets in the way of the things you want to do?

Prioritize! Do what needs to be done first and tackle others later.

The plan is, not to have a plan. Do everything with spontaneity and live like itโs your last day, surround yourself with chaos.
Thatโs it!

You are bold and daring. For me, too much chaos is stressful, so a modicum of planning is essential. But the best things are often those that happen spontaneously ๐ .

Iโm only kidding, but chaos is usually a by product of it all!!

LOL I had a feeling but didn’t want to assume. Still chaos can be fun and sometimes you have to embrace it as a part of life. ๐

End of year feelings can be so conflicting. Work and social commitments do distract. I hope by writing your lists you can prioritise. But all best laid plans fail. How do you cope when that happens?

I laugh and make a new list. ๐

LOL Somehow, once written, even if I lose it, I can recall everything I wrote. What a curse. ๐
