It is the busy holiday season, and I am doing more writing later in the evening. I am burning the candle at both ends, yawning as I write and yesterday, I closed a file without saving it. When I sit to write I am already tired. I prefer to write in the morning, but I also refuse to interrupt my daily writing goal streak.
Before I am finished, my brain gets tired. I know I will have to do careful editing later. I will admit to having written some incoherent sentences. Still, it feels good to accomplish my daily writing goal.
Do you write when things are hectic?

When things are hectic is when I need to write, for it calms me! 🙂

That is wonderful. And so much cheaper than Zoloft 😊

Sometimes I’m sure what I wrote is nonsense until I edit it a few days later and to my delight it’s not nonsense at all! I like to write free-flow sometimes to bypass any self-censoring or editing. That is another step entirely.

So true. I often think I have no idea what to write. Then I sit down, touch my fingers to the keys and the story spills onto the screen. Love your comment my friend 😊❤💕
