We tread the fine line between having everything and coming up short. We prioritized Claire’s education, a private school, to challenge her and kept her out of trouble resulting from too much idle time.
Claire wanted to be Daenerys Targaryen, for her Halloween party. I choked on the price of a store-bought outfit. Opening my sewing cabinet, I pulled lengths of fabric, pinned and sewed and created costume fit for the Mother of Dragons. She twirled before the mirror, ecstatic with her one-of-a-kind creation.
Then she dealt my death blow.
“Where are my babies, Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion?” she asked.

Should I watch game of thrones? Isn’t it like naked Harry Potter? I detest Harry potter but understand the good it’s done amongst the readership of the youth. And I like JKR

The series was good until the end. As with most adaptations maybe the books are better? I don’t know since they have not reached the top of my reading list yet.

I don’t have to know Game of Thrones to know that Mother and daughter are going to have to have a heart to heart chat. 😉 The last line made me laugh out loud.

Great story! I think “Ty” makes some beanie baby dragons you could pawn off as the three baby dragons. Or, you could give her boiled eggs and tell her they haven’t hatched, yet!

I have it on my agenda to watch the whole dang series this winter – even though everyone bitched and moaned about the ending. Then, I shall read the books. Eventually (at least that way, I shall know how to pronounce all these friggen names!

Children are so adorable. 😉 I thought the series was pretty good. Who knows, Dale, if you aren’t expecting a wonderful ending, maybe it will be okay. Sounds like a great way to spend cold winter evenings. 🙂
