My weekends sometimes feel like super-condensed versions of my week. Chores, shopping, yard work, laundry, quality time with family, trips back to the store to purchase forgotten items, furniture moving, and cleaning up my finished project mess, all encroach on my very real need for sleep. The rest of my list will still be there in the morning. Oh, and there is the 9 to 5 to schedule into the mix. That promises to be a cakewalk in comparison. I am eagerly looking forward to the coming four-day weekend and a nice long nap.
Even with the hustle and bustle, I didn’t forget my number one priority. My habits are strong, and writing a little every day is my secret weapon. Yesterday I wrote 251 words.
Did you write yesterday?
Keep on writing.
