I’m excited. My calendar says today is the day for a Zoom call with some writing friends. I don’t know who will attend or what we will discuss, but the opportunity to connect with other writers is making me giddy. Did I write the word “giddy?” I don’t do “giddy.” Ok, maybe a little. Writing is such a solitary endeavor, and finding a group of like-minded individuals requires determination and more than a healthy dose of luck. I hope it turns out to be as good as I imagine.
